STARFIGHTER MEMORIAL DEDICATION CEREMONY
On June 19th 2008, in the RCAF memorial Air Park of the National Air Force Museum of Canada, at 8Wing Trenton Ontario, the Starfighter Memorial was formally dedicated honouring all who flew the CF104 and; in particular, the 37 pilots who gave their lives in the line of duty. The Order of Service of the Ceremony follows:
